The hostel was huge and could accommodate large groups, making it a great place to meet other travelers. The staff at reception were friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. The location of the town was beautiful, with stunning views of the river. Additionally, there was a public swimming pool nearby which was a perfect way to relax after a long day of walking.
The hostel had one large room with many beds, which meant there was little privacy and it could get noisy at times. The shower lines were long and people could be quite aggressive about waiting times.

The bunk beds were surprisingly comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were modern and spotlessly clean, and having a large kitchen space made it easy to cook and socialize with other travelers. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the Camino. I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
100% Recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Albergue Ferramenteiro for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a quick left turn after crossing the bridge, with stunning views of the river. The laundry facilities were top-notch, with a clean washing machine and dryer area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the separate shower and bathroom for women were clean and well-maintained. for a large facility with many beds, it was surprisingly comfortable and clean.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Great views from the terrace overlooking the river, perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening. Convenient location on the Camino route, making it easy to continue the journey. The staff were friendly and constantly keeping the hostel clean, which was greatly appreciated.
The dormitory setup was not ideal, as it was one large space divided by curtains, packed with a large number of people. There were no lockers available, which made storing personal belongings a bit challenging.

Staff were friendly and able to communicate in English. Facilities were clean, including bathrooms and showers. Convenient services available for supplies and meals. Comfortable dorm beds and well-managed layout. Laundry room with great view and plenty of clothes lines. Clean and well-lit kitchen/hangout area with ample charging outlets. No pilgrim dinner, but many nearby dining options.

The location is convenient, close to everything, and even has a nice restaurant next door. the rooms are well set out, with comfortable bunk beds and good bathroom facilities. the albergue also offers a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast options. There is a large laundry area available to use.
The lack of power points in the room for charging devices is a downside.

The dorm style room was spacious and had a good number of shower and toilet stalls. the package delivery service was very helpful and accommodating.
The dormitory was quite large with many beds, leading to a lack of privacy and noise. the hostel lacked a cozy atmosphere and the spirit of the Camino de Santiago.

We had a great stay at this albergue! the location was convenient, just a short walk to the main town. the room was well ventilated and the beds were comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathrooms were modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the view from the patio was absolutely beautiful.
We did encounter some noise during the night hours due to the lack of partitions in the room.
